Who we are

Energy Assessor Panel Ltd has a nationwide team of professionally trained Commercial and Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors with a central Customer Support Team in Tolworth, Surrey.

Energy Performance Certificates

All commercial properties being sold, let or constructed and all domestic properties being rented will require an Energy Assessment as a result of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), which is part of European Legislation. All domestic properties being sold in England and Wales already require an Energy Assessment carried out by a qualified Energy Assessor.

Assessments, carried out by qualified Energy Assessors, result in Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) being produced to a standard Government approved format and are lodged in a central Government database. By law EPCs must be made available to any prospective occupier of a building.
